Central Connecticut baseball closed out a weekend sweep with an 8-7 win on Saturday at Mount St. Mary’s in Northeast Convention motion at Straw Household Stadium. The Blue Devils took benefit of a six-run fourth inning and held off the Mountaineers to brush the three-game sequence.

KEY MOMENTS

  • Mount took an early 2-1 lead following three innings earlier than CCSU broke the sport open within the fourth.
