David Moyes has agreed his new contract at West Ham regardless of the curiosity of former membership Everton.
The 58-year-old led West Ham to their second-best Premier League end of sixth and qualification for Europe and has determined to commit himself to the membership for the subsequent three years.
The information will delight West Ham supporters who feared Moyes might be lured away by former membership Everton who had shortlisted the Scot as a possible candidate to switch Carlo Ancelotti.
Moyes hopes to have help within the switch market as he targets the likes of Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham and Manchester United’s Jesse Lingard who has excelled underneath him on mortgage.
Moyes can be in discussions to re-shape his backroom employees after Alan Irvine stepped down for private causes. Billy McKinlay is amongst these within the body to switch Irvine.
Moyes was Everton boss for 11 years and had been linked with a return after Ancelotti’s departure earlier this month to return to Actual Madrid.
