The land acquired by Ansari and Tiwari for Rs 2 crores, was offered to the belief for Rs 18.5 crore.

However, within the second Bainama Gata No. 242 itself, 1.037 hectares of land was offered to Champat Rai, Common Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Belief.
Ansari and Tiwari offered greater than 100 biswa land in favor of the belief for Rs 18 crore 50 lakh, whereas about 80 biswa land on the identical place close to the identical web site was offered for Rs 8 crore to Champat Rai, basic secretary of Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Belief by the Pathaks.
